Elizabeth OwenSince joining the firm in 2001, Elizabeth has become focused in the areas of probate and estate planning, real estate and related litigation. Elizabeth is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (since 2009). In addition to a dynamic wills, estate planning and probate practice, Elizabeth handles trial and appellate litigation and has successfully handled cases including will contests and contested guardianships through all phases of litigation. Elizabeth also devotes a portion of her practice to transactional real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth regularly practiced before the United States Tax Court, representing the Internal Revenue Service.
