| Oskar
Nisimblat (P.C.) was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on May 9, 1971. He was
admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996.
He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court, Western District
of Texas. Oskar attended Texas A&M University where he received
a B.B.A., magna cum laude, in 1993. Oskar attended law school at the
University of Texas, receiving his J.D. in 1996. Oskar worked as an
Assistant Attorney General, Law Enforcement Defense Division for the
years 1997 through 1998. He served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate
Alan D Albright (1998-99) and U.S. District Judge James R. Nowlin (1999-2003).
Oskar is a member of the Bastrop County Bar Association (serving as
President for 2005), the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association
and the State Bar of Texas. |
