Mark W. Owen EMAIL REPORTED CASES                 Mark W. Owen (P.C.) was born in Austin, Texas, on October 11, 1944. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1972. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. His preparatory education includes Washington & Lee University and Bethany College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1967. Mark attended law school at the University of Texas where he received his J.D. in 1971. Mark was a member of the Phi Delta Phi fraternity. He served in the United States Army from 1968 through 1970. Mark was a briefing attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas from 1972 through 1973. He is a member of the Austin and Bastrop County Bar Associations and the State Bar of Texas.
