Kathryn F. Rogers EMAIL                 Kathryn E. Rogers was born in Littlefield, Texas, on November 29, 1949. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1977. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. Kay attended the University of Texas, receiving a B.A., cum laude, in 1971 and a J.D. in 1979. She was appointed and served as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, Bastrop County, Texas in 1982. Kay is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Bastrop County Bar Association (serving as President for the years 1986-1987).
