Ernest F. Bogart EMAIL                 Ernest F. Bogart, Jr., (P.C.) was born in Taylor, Texas, on August 27, 1942. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1972. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. His preparatory education includes Schreiner Institute (A.A., 1964) and the University of Texas (B.B.A., 1969). Ernie attended law school at the University of Texas where he received his J.D. in 1971. Ernie is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He a member of the Austin and Bastrop County Bar Associations and the State Bar of Texas.
